Length: 12 Months

Rate: £19.00 - £23.00 per hour

Hours:9am - 6pm

The EMEA Ads Marketing Retail team's core focus is to make the web work for Retail businesses, big and small.

The team designs campaigns and manages marketing programs to help retailers across EMEA to grow their businesses with company products, as well as positioning our client as a partner and enabler to the Retail industry.

  • Execute EMEA-wide marketing campaigns to grow Retail revenue through driving awareness, engagement and product adoption among current advertisers and prospects, focusing on two core projects: (1) Go-to-market campaigns for our client's product Grow My Store, across email, social media, events & other channels; (2) Email comms and event support for our client's Digital Acceleration Program for Retailers
  • Track effectiveness and implement measurement plans to evaluate the impact of your programs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work effectively with external partners, agencies and vendors
  • Work cross-functionally with a large group of stakeholders across local, regional and global; including, but not exclusive to: PR, Sales, strategy and other marketing teams
  • Work with creative and development agencies to ensure outstanding delivery of marketing campaigns, collaterals, online materials, videos and articles

  • 3 years' experience in marketing or strategic consulting
  • Strong project management skills; ability to work on multiple work-streams at once with multiple agencies and stakeholders
  • Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data
  • Good communication and presentation skills, including ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences
  • Master Degree in Marketing or a business-related field
  • Retail industry experience and understanding of the retail ecosystem
  • Experience of digital marketing, social media and building and managing websites
  • Experience in creating and launching large cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally in complex organisations
  • Knack for creativity and innovation to drive adoption of new projects in a big organization
