Finance Assistant

Options Resourcing are looking for a Finance Assistant to Support the Finance team within a respected, family run construction contractor. A successful candidate will have a good eye for detail, good interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

Processing purchase ledger and sub-contractor invoices.
Bank reconciliations.
Assisting with producing accurate and timely monthly financial statements, analyses and reports.
Performing month-end closing and financial reporting.
Other relevant day to day tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ideally be AAT qualified.
Track record of working in financial support roles, ideally in construction.
Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

£16k - £19k
