A very well known, UK & international consumer brand has been focusing on driving digital as their main consumer channel of engagement. Due to new product launches and a strong ongoing focus on customer loyalty, a Digital Website Manager is now required to support the website platform within UK (as the global centre of excellence) and regional offices.
This will be a hands on product & project management heavy role where you will be involved with defining and implementing various online customer journey tweaks and ongoing optimization. Working closely with an analytics team who will support CRO initiatives, the Website Product Owner will have autonomy to lead: monitoring perfor
mance of the website against KPIs, populating thebacklogwith ideas andenhancements with a focus on driving further performance and growth across the markets.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Over 5 years experience working as a Website Manager, Digital Product Owner/Manager or similar capacity within a fast paced consumer industry (retail, travel, FMCG, technology, eCommerce, aggregators)
- Technical, hands on knowledge working with IT, development, CRO & analytics teams.
- Experience working within an agile methodology, ideally Kanban & Scrum Frameworks.
- Strong passion for digital & mobile channels when it comes to a best in class customer experience and loyalty/retention.
