Hospital Manager - Ophthalmic Services - Bromley - Up to £51,000 per annum
A Hospital Manager is required to join our client's Ophthalmic Service in Bromley. The team require an experienced Hospital Manager who has the ability to lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff.

The successful Hospital Manager will have experience of the following:
- Experience of managing a team, supervisory responsibilities as a minimum
- Experience dealing with planned staff rota and shift patterns
- Experience working in a healthcare environment with registered professionals
- Management and investigation of complaints
- Able to create and monitor action plans for operational and individual staff performance
- Recruiting clinical and administrative staff
Essential requirements as a Hospital Manager:
- Valid registration with the NMC or HCPC
- CQC Registered Manager
- Previous exposure to CQC inspections
- The legal right to work in the UK
