Mego Employment is recruiting for one of highly successful clients in the Plymouth Area to join their Finance & Accounts Team.
In this department of our client there is high demand on invoicing, payroll, accounts and finance that are looking for a hardworking, bubbly and upbeat individual to join the team.
This role will be a full time position 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday; salary will depend on experience.
To be a successful candidate for this role you must have:
Experience in same or similar role
Degree in Accounts and Finance
Good attention to detail
Good at working as a team and on your own
Your Responsibilities will include:
Complete ad-hoc admin tasks as designated by your line manager.
Be archiving and recording of invoices and other Accounts Payable paperwork
Deal with internal and external suppliers' queries
Processing new starters
Dealing with Expenses
Reconcile supplier statements, across a ledger of several suppliers.
Take control of the aged creditors, clearing queries and any aged items.
