If you have strong onboarding knowledge and have experience in a managing a team before, this could be the role for you! You will need to be able to get to the Reading office at least twice a month, but can work remotely as often as you'd like around this.

You will be joining the HR Shared Service Centre in a immediate team of around 40 people.

Description

The HR Team Leader- Onboarding & Compliance will be responsible for:

Leading the team to provide a professional front-line onboarding advisory service that supports employees and managers with People policy, process, and system queries, aiming to resolve as many at first point of contact as possible
Responding to queries received through a variety of channels, such as the phone line and the case management system, driving successful resolution on behalf of the customer
Ensuring that the team has documented and up to date knowledge of processes, and are able to articulate policies and procedures to a wide-ranging customer base

Monitoring quality and performance of the team, identifying and addressing development areas via SMART objectives, 1-1s and coaching conversationsProfile

The ideal HR Team Leader- Onboarding & Compliance will have the following skills/ qualities:

Experience of managing an HR team
Customer focused, with a detailed knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong right to work and onboarding knowledge
Experience of SAP HCM, ServiceNow and/or 'Right to Work' is desirable
CIPD qualification is desirableJob Offer
