Rapiergroup's client services team is expanding and we are now looking for an additional Account Manager with Pharmaceutical experience!

We're on the hunt for people who are able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with existing pharmaceutical clients.

You will need to have account management experience, gained in a communications, exhibition, events or marketing agency so that you are confident in managing your own projects. You will be versatile and flexible in approach and be used to delivering at the highest possible level to demanding clients!

Your experience will span all aspects of account management:

  • team inclusion
  • brief taking
  • budget control and reconciliation including working to agreed margin targets
  • briefing internal departments
  • inspiring creativity with regular progress reviews
  • quote preparation
  • client and supplier liaison

You must have strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, be competent in Office 365 with good attention to detail and be a quick and accurate worker. You have the ability to time manage yourself and use your own initiative, performing well under pressure and not being overwhelmed.

Great communication skills are also a must, as you will be liaising with our clients so a positive outlook and good sense of humour are key to fitting in here! A willingness to undertake travel throughout the UK and worldwide where necessary is also compulsory!
