We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our busy team!
Location: Remote Working.
Ideally based in the South / South West, you will be required to come in for a meeting every three months, where the meetings are held usually in the Wiltshire area.
Salary: £22,500- £24,000 depending on experience (Yearly on target bonus of £1,600)
Technical Account Manager Duties:
You will be speaking to suppliers and clients to ensure delivery of sales leads are efficient and on time.
You will gain rapport with these clients and suppliers to help them plan for sales leads deliveries.
90% of the role is computer based, working with excel and online software delivery platforms. You will create reports from excel to show lead conversions and help the sales department to plan which sales leads to buy for future orders.
Each week 100's of files are processed from supplier to client with numerous checks needed before transfer.
This is a fast-paced industry with strict deadlines with no margin for error.
Technical Account Manager Requirements:
You need to have an extreme eye for detail and be more organised than the average person.
You must be intrigued by interpreting results and how this can benefit our business when analysing data.
You must be the person that can spot a small error on a data file and ensure that every detail is checked before completing any transfers of file.
You must be willing to learn new systems and processes and work to tight deadlines.
You need to be polite and friendly on the phone and happy to communicate in a professional manner with any internal or external clients.
Technical Account Manager Experience:
Working on computers already ideally on excel and databases.
Experience in dealing with clients of all levels, exec to CEO.
Fluent in English to a high level
