Customer Account Manager / Fluent Dutch (6-month FTC) £28,000 £30,000
A Global Technology company based in West London is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Account Manager, fluent Dutch speaker as well as English. The role will be looking after the Benelux region on a 6-month fixed term contract. Looking for B2B customer service background and experience within a distribution environment.
The role acts as the internal customer advocate for named end user accounts, managing across all functional units to quickly resolve specific customer requests and needs. The goal of this role is to provide transparency to customers on their project orders and requests, to provide pre-emptive solutions on significant matters of the customer experience.
Key tasks include direct customer communication, by a variety of channels, order management, fulfilment chain and information and exception management. The Customer Account Manager is assigned a specific set of named end user accounts and works as a member of the account team.
The company will be offering hybrid working, 50% in the office / 50% working from home once government guidelines have changed.
Leads project order management, processes all order types with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy, with limited coaching and support. Proficient in managing small to medium business projects with limited support. A key member of the named account team. Required to think independently, meeting specific customer support level agreements (SLA), and making decisions.
Manages all modes of customer communication without support. Is proactive and engineers a positive low friction customer experience based on previous experiences. Takes control of the customer experience, driving first contact resolution in an autonomous environment.
Proactively and easily collaborates with cross functional partners without support from supervisor. Has established positive relationships across the fulfilment chain. Take the lead for specific named accounts.
Contributes high value as a member of the account team, supports account management teams to drive commercial effectiveness. Leads and delegates non-standard back room commercial support activity, freeing account management team members to focus on growing revenue. Often takes calls and meeting from Account Management teams or customers as needed, regardless of core office hours.
Demonstrates strong product competencies, handles most customer requests for ad-hoc product support. Skills and Experience required:
Must have good experience within Account Management / Customer Support role in a B2B environment.
Must be fluent in Dutch and as well as English both verbal and written
Must have worked in a distribution environment
Must have the experience of up selling
Ideally educated to degree level.
