We are currently recruiting for an IT Trainer to join our top-tier law firms London offices. The main aspects of this role will be to deliver training across all my clients UK offices (as part of a team as required for new starters, IT/application refresher courses, project roll-outs and regular targeted training sessions.

- To assess & identify IT training requirements for staff & partners across the Firm and tailor future training schedules accordingly
- To assist with the development of the firm's training plan
- To devise, arrange and deliver individual and group workshops or training programmes to both fee earning and support staff as required including the production of detailed lesson plans and classroom materials
- To be proficient in IT software used by the Firm
- Be available to deliver IT induction training to new starters as required
- To provide refresher/top-up IT training to existing employees as required
- To be a project resource for IT system roll-outs
- Extensive experience designing, scripting and creating engaging, innovative and exciting bite-sized e-learning videos using existing classroom training material as well as developing content from scratch.
- To maintain accurate training and evaluation records
- To attend external training courses as required
- Knowledge
- A customer centric and service focused individual
- Experience of delivering training to delegates with differing skill levels
- Ideally, at least 12 months IT training experience, preferably within a law firm
- Good understanding of the full training lifecycle
- Ability to work under pressure and at pace, including multi-delivery work streams
- Ability to interface and communicate at the business/customer level
- Professional certifications, past or present, would be an advantage

- Knowledge of legal specific products would be an advantage
