Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Catholic Primary School in Dudley. The school have an excellent team and they are recruiting for a Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join the team to cover a maternity leave.
This role will start at February Half Term and continue to the end of the academic year.
To apply to this teaching assistant role you will need the following:
Level 2 teaching assistant qualification as a minimum
Experience working with Key Stage 2
A kind and nurturing approach
A positive can do attitude.
Responsibilities of this teaching assistant role:
Class based with some 1:1 and group intervention work
Create a safe space for the pupils
Maintaining positive relationships with all pupils
Following the school behaviour policy
