At Archangel Clinic, we are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Manager looking to lead a dedicated team of administrative and dental professionals while continuously developing and growing your skill set. This is a permanent position to cover minimum 3 days per week.

Managing a practice that has both NHS and private patients. Patient care is at the core of our ethos and work culture, as the practice manager you will be expected to promote these values with all staff. You will also be responsible for regulatory compliance and ensuring that the practice is operating efficiently and profitably, as well as identifying areas where we could improve.

Dental Practice Manager Duties:
  • Management of Dental Nurses & Reception team
  • Office management
  • Complaints Handling
  • CQC, GDC, NHS regulatory compliance
  • Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance
  • Policy drafting, review and implementation
  • Staff development, appraisals and 1 to 1's
  • Monitoring contract delivery and practice targets
  • Debt management, and banking procedures
  • Supporting the clinical team
  • Social Media management
  • Carry out additional tasks and duties as delegated by the practice owner.

Education Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Evidence of continuing personal development

Experience Requirements:
  • 3 years dental practice management experience
  • Working at a strategic level
  • Working across organisations
  • Business and service planning and development

  • NHS experience

Hours: 25-40 per week, to be worked between 9am and 6pm

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £36,000.00 per year or pro-rata for part time
