A Finance Assistant has come up to join a company based in Hersham. This is a varied role which will give exposure to all elements of an accounts department. Working as part of the accounts team the role will help ensure the smooth running of the accounts function within the business.
The Finance Assistant duties will include:
Assisting in the preparation of Sales invoices Checking and querying Purchase invoices Coding and entering Purchase invoices Dealing with day to day supplier and client queries Contacting and liaising with suppliers Data entry and invoice validation Preparing monthly management reports Various admin duties to support the finance function
To be considered the Finance Assistant will:
Be highly numerate and have a good analytical mind Have good communication and organisational skills Be confident on MS Excel and the rest of the MS Office Suite Have high attention to detail and be well organised Be a confident communicator Be flexible and self-motivated and work as a team member Have the able to work under pressure
