Position: Registered Care Home Manager | Elderly Care

Location: Sale, Greater Manchester

Salary: £75,000 + 40% Bonus + OTE £105k + Benefits

Qualifications: Nurse with active PIN

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful Nursing Home based in Sale, Greater Manchester.

This is a great opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end of life, and residential care, as well as specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:

The interview process will be in a two-stage format.

• Stage One - Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director
• Stage Two - Group video call interview with the SMT

The Candidate:

• Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes
• Nurse with active PIN
• Possess strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communicative skills
• Demonstrate excellent leadership
• Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
• Driving license and own vehicle are required
