A fantastic new opportunity has risen as we are currently recruiting an experienced Finance Reporting Manager. This role will be reporting to the Head of Finance and will work closely operational finance team and commercial team.

Key accountabilities:
  • End to end management accounting, including Balance sheet reconciliations, FX revaluation, and month end close and year-end journaling entries.
  • Establish BS attestation.
  • Assist Head of Finance for accounting system installation.
  • Ownership of monthly/quarterly regulatory reporting.
  • Weekly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Prepare management accounts and budgets analysis, ensuring all deadlines are met and ensuring that best practice accounting policies are followed.
  • Ownership of accounting policy.
  • Assist Head of Finance for group reporting and CFO pack.
  • Prepare statutory reporting, including VAT, corporation tax;
  • Assist with annual audit and draft financial report preparation, notes and disclosure.
  • Ensure key operational processes and internal controls are performed, documented and operating effectively on a timely basis.
  • Encourage and drive process improvement activities, budget and forecasting in conjunction with the HoF & CFO.
  • Assist ad hoc projects.


Must Have:
  • Ideally Qualified Chartered Accountant having worked in the Big 4/6
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or international equivalent)
  • A candidate who is self-driven and adaptive to fast paced business environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills /ability to continually prioritize workload and respond to top priorities with a sense of urgency
  • With 2+ working experience after qualified
  • Fluent in English and Chinese language will be a plus.


Preferred by not essential:
  • Experience in high transactional volume.
  • Experience within the Travel industry.
