A global distributor of Scientific, Engineering and High-tech products is now looking for 2 Marketing Assistants to join their growing team in Wokingham.

We are looking for tenacious, self-starters, who enjoy supporting and contributing to the outputs of a small European marketing team, and also have a desire to work on their own initiative, owning their own projects. You should be curious with a desire to learn and enrich your knowledge by being proactive and having a solution focused approach to your work.

Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will support the Marketing Department through the development and execution of the European marketing plans using multi-channels.

Your key responsibilities will include Marketing support, social media and email campaigns.

You will produce website landing pages and campaign content across multimedia channels, manage press dissemination and enquiries.

Liaising with the Campaign Managers, you will be responsible for the creation of the social media content calendar schedule and post channel specific content. This includes identifying newsworthy and relevant stories from around the business and externally that support our Marketing strategy and brand proposition.

Working from supplied draft content you will manage email activities, creating content and assets for the strategic business areas and produce multi-country/language emails where required.

Using analytics and social media monitoring reports, you will retrieve data to produce results and deliver monthly reporting data to Campaign Managers.

Qualifications / Experience:

In addition to a Marketing Qualification, you should have at least 1 years' experience within a Marketing role, ideally gained within a technical / manufacturing environment.

Previous experience in a B2B environment is preferred, including experience of creating and publishing content on a CMS.

Ideally you will have copy checking and writing skills and working with online content.

Photoshop skills and basic knowledge of HTML are desirable.
