As our Marketing Manager - Customer Retention, your key focus is to put the customer at the heart of all communications creating journeys that inspire our members to engage in their plans and the Vitality programme.
What you'll be doing as our Marketing Manager - Customer Retention:
Analysing and evaluating the member journey across all channels and taking responsibility for improvements
Taking ownership of the Vitality brand and tone of voice on external communications
Enhancing and maintaining system-generated correspondence
Driving the take up of our Digital First options
Using your project management skills to act as a Campaign Manager to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of key projects
Pro-actively contributing to the creation of business requirements from a member experience and communications perspective
Working alongside the wider Customer Marketing, Digital Content, Engagement and CRM Team to ensure that customer correspondence works holistically and is integrated into the wider journey
Taking a lead role in creating communications which communicate policy changes
Supporting the resolution and investigation into problems identified during analysis, development, testing and post-production of communications
Managing your own marketing assets to the set use-by dates, including review, extensions or made obsolete
Managing the marketing relationship with our fulfilment house
Mentoring and managing the workload/priorities of 1 or more Senior Marketing Executives
What we're looking for in our Marketing Manager - Customer Retention:
University-level education or equivalent
Proven Marketing experience
Experience working in a fast-paced business environment
Experience of writing clear and concise customer communications
Experience dealing with technical, complex communications
The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
A confident decision-maker who acts in the best interests of our business and our members
Experience in a customer marketing role
Experience or knowledge of marketing delivery and CMS systems e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, OpenText Exstream
