Golden Lane Housing have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer to be based in the South East area. This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent contract.
You will be responsible for the service contracts for compliance of Repairs and Maintenance, ensuring that compliance fields such as Gas, Electric, Fire, Asbestos, servicing, legionella and that legal requirements are maintained within the group.
The Compliance Officer will play an active role in the success of the business, through timely and efficient recording and reporting of all compliance KPI's and work as a team player through the provision of support to the team and the Maintenance and Compliance Manager in regarding all aspects of compliance.
You will need to have a HNC, Electrical, Gas or Compliance qualification or equivalent experience in maintenance or a property related discipline will be considered and knowledge of building regulations and legislation.

This role is home based with regular travel in and around the South East of the county and comes with a monthly car allowance and home working allowance, plus all other employee benefits.
