* Be competent in managing staff and a team of care staff

We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager (nurse) on behalf of a well-established elderly care provider. The company are highly regarded and strive to deliver care for the elderly. The company are a leading carer in dementia care and take pride in the care they offer. Our client looks to develop staff and can offer progression to key members of staff. The home is a large luxury care home offering the highest level of care to each and every resident.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within elderly care with a specific background in dementia care. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge gained in previous positions as well as suitable qualifications relevant to the sector. A priority for this company is personal growth to ensure they continue to offer excellent care to all residents.

This role is based in Rushcliffe and is commutable from Nottingham, Loughborough, Newark-on-Trent, Grantham, Bingham, Leicester, Derby, Hucknall, and Mansfield Mowbray.
