Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

They are looking for a 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst to join the growing team, where you will provide world-class IT Support to high-calibre clients.

Your Background

You will have a Minimum of 5 Years' experience of IT Support, with client exposure and project work
As an expert in your field, you will continually work to improve and streamline processes and increase client satisfaction rates
You will be confident facing clients, troubleshooting issues and technically leading projectsTechnical Requirements

Windows Server
Office 365 + Exchange
Active Directory
Expert Level on Citrix
Hyper - V / XenServer
Networking Knowledge - LAN/WAN/vLAN/ Firewalls
Extensive Hardware Knowledge: Dell, HP,If you are a strong 2nd / 3rd Line IT Engineer with ambitions to develop into a more senior position, please apply immediately to be considered.
