Crewing Account Manager

Full Time - Perm



This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational team based at their Head office. As a Crewing Account Manager, you would be expected to perform a variety of duties aimed at managing clients relationships.

You will focus on organising the logistics of contractors worldwide, including staff rotations, visas, professional certificates and travel. As an Account Manager, you will need to ensure that the client's needs are understood and satisfied.


* Liaise with internal and external personnel to ensure they receive clear instructions

* Administer rotations schedules

* Handle queries, questions and issues that may arise

* Work quickly to resolve and come up with solutions to resolve any issues that may occur with your client

* Coordinate travel arrangements with 3rd party contacts

* Cross-check Qualifications and Certificates

* Respond to contractors regarding any enquires they may have


* Excellent People and Relationship building skills are essential

* Attention to detail is key

* Excellent organisational skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Competence in Microsoft especially Excel
