Protocol Education are looking for a skills coach to join a fantastic team in West Drayton, to provide additional support to young people developing their personal skills to enable them to fully participate in learning.
The key objective of this role will be to effectively raise aspirations, confidence, retention, and achievements setting them up for further studies or employment.
You will have a caseload of students and will need to schedule regular meetings to discuss progress and devise specific coaching programs for them while consulting with teaching staff to best cater to the individual's needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
