Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Income Team Leader to work in Northamptonshire area, this is a hybrid working role with a range of organisational benefits.

Key responsibilities of the Income Team Leader

Leading and supervising a team of Income Officers
Providing up to date Income and Rent Arrears knowledge
Offering advice to the wider team
Allocating and monitoring work
Managing sickness and leave
Ensuring the delivery of income collection, arrears management, formal enforcement and debt and benefit adviceRequired skills and experience of the Income Team Leader:

Previous experience of working in the Income Recovery sector
Knowledge of welfare reform
