Job Description
  • Managing the process and team responsible for the end-to-end reconciliation process, which includes supervision of the daily and monthly reconciliation of our customer funding and collections, through to posting these periodic movements across our balance sheet and P&L accounts in several group entities
  • Assisting the team in the drive for continuous improvement of processes and controls across the Reconciliation function, ensuring these processes are documented and identifying opportunities to reduce risk and increase scalability within the function.
  • Solving complex issues as they arise to make sure our customers receive the best possible service and that our record keeping is accurate
  • Ensuring key reporting deadlines reliant on accurate loan positions are met, both internally and for our investors. Aiding if necessary the reconciliation analysts to investigate any discrepancies.
  • Working with both our internal capital markets & transaction management teams, to assist them on reconciliation matters affecting both new and existing financing deals
The Successful Applicant
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with ideally 2+ years PQE
  • Experience in reconciliations and process improvement
  • Managerial experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong communicator
  • Have a growth mindset and be able to adapt quickly to changes
