Location: flexible - but ideally within a reasonable time zone from London (remote reporting from your current location - no relocation available)
The Global Media Domain Executive role sits within the busy, lively and growing global Media domain, where there are always lots of exciting things happening. The role consists of supporting Gonca, Duncan and Jane on key domain deliverables, dealing with a diverse global team, and taking ownership of key projects and programmes. Actual tasks may vary, but will include some of the following:
Product marketing
  • Lead on updates of media domain content on the Source, including sales decks
  • Create, collate and promote impact reviews and case studies (including management of the popular Quarterly Case Study Reviews)
  • Help organise global training sessions on new products and ongoing innovations
  • Support on preparing monthly domain finances and checking product revenues/coding
  • Investigate reasons for client growth (identify success stories) and falls (identify commercial challenges)
  • Project manage Insights-driven media thought leadership projects (e.g. Media Reactions) and contribute to other initiatives (e.g. Media Trends & Predictions)
  • Manage creation of ongoing sales support insights (e.g. Power of Connections
  • Support and contribute to analysis for ongoing thought leadership (blog articles/ conference papers/ white papers)
  • Support on awards entries
  • Own and manage the media domain communities on Workplace
  • Manage monthly media domain "Media in Motion" updates (global news and success stories)
  • Manage and refresh content for media domain learning Honeycomb
  • Support European and LatAm monthly media domain calls, chasing content
  • Maintain and update global media domain mailing lists
