Capgemini Engineering is looking for Technical Delivery Manager to join team working on cutting-edge technologies.
Your role
  • Develop and maintain a Project Plan for the delivery of this project through requirement analysis, design, testing and deployment. Stakeholder's approvals will be sought for any changes of the agreed baseline plan.
  • Develop and maintain a financial forecast plan in relevant tools provided by Vodafone until the completion of project. Agree scope with 3rd party suppliers and release the POs as required.
  • Engage with PMO for financial receipting against milestones achieved by Vendors and provide timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain the Risk and Issue register for the Project through design, develop and test cycles. Shall develop mitigation plan to address risk and issues arising in the project in agreement with various stake-holders.
  • Management of internal and 3rd party deliverables within the scope of the project; Appropriate chase up of any issue escalated from 3rd party suppliers and further escalation as needed into Program manager.
  • The progressing of this work shall comprise regular reporting through Conference calls, Meetings (face-face or web based), Video calls and email communications. The reporting period will be agreed with stakeholders.
  • Manage Project delivery Lifecycle deliverables through all the defined Gates as per agreement with Portfolio Manager.
  • Arrange Project delivery Lifecycle Gate-reviews with PSO team and get approval to meet Gate requirements.
  • Initial engagement with Operations readiness team to understand their requirements.
Your profile
  • In-depth technical expertise in Signalling & Call Routing for Mobile number Portability (MNP) service along with Signalling Relay Function (SRF) implemented for Mobile Porting Domain
  • Hands-on experience on MNP implementation at an SCCP level using a SRF which gets applied to all signalling addressed by MSISDNs
  • Hands-on experience on leading end to end technical delivery for replacing SCCP-R & L-HLR solution with MNP solution in the networks
  • Manage & lead the development of MNP service in centralized UDB along with ASAP provisioning in networks while working with multiple vendors and other stakeholders
