Working with one of Service Measurement's most prestigious and valued clients, International Post Corporation, in a recently resecured contact with a larger scope.
The Panel Manager is a central role in ensuring delivery of the UNEX measurement through the leadership of our panel management team, in turn responsible for the recruitment, management, engagement, and support of a global panel of over 3,000 volunteers engaged in the measurement of quality of international post.

KEY OUTCOMES
  • The recruitment and leadership of the panel management team (c. 12), driving performance
  • Accountability for KPIs e.g. geographical coverage, panel performance
  • Building and maintaining supplier relationships (including managing SLAs) to support the panel e.g. incentives providers, panel sample providers
  • Engagement with client and internal stakeholders. Presentation of KPIs, initiatives, improvement plans.
Capabilities
  • Experience of running large, complex services, with inter-connected KPIs
  • Able to lead continual service improvement programmes and changes to the benefit of a client
  • Experience leading teams of customer service or b2b special
