Hi there, we're Brainlabs, the world's most innovative digital marketing agency with a world class company culture to match. We're absolutely crushing it in the UK and the US and are now looking for a smart, motivated, and passionate SEO Analyst to join our team. If you're keen to support us on our mission to be the best agency in the world, take a look at what we have on offer!

We'd like you to:
  • Be responsible for researching, learning, and suggesting ways that our clients can improve their SEO
  • Know or have ideas about how you can track and measure the results
  • Work on different aspects of SEO: technical, content, digging into data and on-page factors
  • Understand how SEO works with other channels, i.e. PPC, social, etc.
  • Support SEO consultants in producing client facing work
  • Be responsible for delivering delegated work to a consultant or senior analyst, on time and in accordance with the brief
  • Working towards performing basic account management tasks such as reporting, analysis and optimisation, builds etc.
  • Work with minimal oversight on audits, slide decks or documents; reporting and liaising with client as required

If you can't do these things already, don't worry - we'll teach you and you'll be learning from the best!

All sounds great right? So here's what we are looking for:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time-management skills
  • Comfortable providing recommendations with confidence to senior level stakeholders, even when there is ambiguity involved
  • Work best with directional support rather than hand holding
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Comfortable challenging yourself to do better every day, asking for feedback and acting on it
  • Comfort with numbers and data (or a willingness to learn)
  • Curiosity about the world around you and new technology
  • Self-motivation - you don't need a lot of direction, and aren't afraid to ask questions when you need to understand something better, but will try to figure out the answer on your own first
