Application Support Analyst- What will you do:
* Undertaking technical analysis of problems and incidents when reported.
* Use specialist product knowledge to provide advice on diagnostic procedures for customers.
* Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and update accordingly.
* Provide 3rd level support to customers.
* Collaborate with the wider team for ideas and process changes to improve overall experience.
Application Support Analyst - What will you need:
* Similar experience in an Application Support/Application Engineer position
* Experience supporting applications on Linux.
* Solid understanding of Oracle/SQL Server
* Proficiency in Java.
* Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and the Energy industry would be highly desirable.
Location: Windsor - hybrid working available
Salary: £50,000 - £60.000 (plus benefits)
