Salary: £70-75K + 15% pension (£10K) + 20% bonus + shares + healthcare + life assurance + 25 days holiday

The Client

Our client is an industry leading Property/Construction Plc organisation based in the Central London who require an IT Project Manager join an of dynamic and fast paced team. Applicants will need to have the requisite communication skills demanded by a FTSE100 company. The role will require a hybrid working week - 3 days onsite/2 days remote

The Role as IT Project Manager

As Project Manager you will be a key part of the Technology Project team to work on multiple new and existing projects covering business applications & infrastructure projects and upgrades of software/hardware across disparate locations of the portfolio of assets. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Projects with delivery of key project planning, delivery & governance.

  • Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary, managing budget through project life cycle
  • Determine and assess need for additional project staff and/or during project cycle.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Transition projects into business as usual & complete full project closure processes

  • 4+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
  • Experience of business applications (CRM, HR, ERP, Finance etc) and infrastructure
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Service Now
  • Competent and proficient experience of technology projects including, but not limited to, set up and installation of inbuilding technologies
  • Collaborative experience working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure Engineers & Test Analysts to deliver projects
  • Experience dealing with 3rd parties and in-house teams to delivery technology solution
  • Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
  • Experience in running RFI/RFP's
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
  • Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
  • Strong communicator with experience of liaising with all levels of management
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent Budget Management skills
  • Willingness to be hands on and manage the detail of every project
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams at any given time
