• Acts as a point of contact within the Group for the BI team, working with the team to appropriate and respond to queries and requests.
• Assists with the design and implementation of solutions (PowerBI apps).
• Assists with the development of procedures to automate regular reporting tasks.
• Assists with the design and implementation of solutions to improve data quality.
• Assists in maintaining data mapping files. • Analyses data outputs to understand gaps and issues.
• Understands data structures and best practice approaches.
• Agree UI/screen content, layouts and validation rules with the relevant business stakeholders.
• Participate in walking through proposed solutions with stakeholders and agree sign off.
• Undertake resource / app configuration and set-up activities.
• Undertake resource / app testing to ensure quality and functionality against requirements.
• Assist in the supporting of resource / app implementation, training and process re-engineering activities, and taking the lead where delegated and appropriate.
• Assist with the project management of small/medium sized changes within the Group, relevant to business intelligence. • Assist in maintaining the Group's data warehouse Adhere to the Group's data governance requirements

• Experience of using Office 365 suite, specifically the ability to carry out complex tasks in Excel (i.e Pivot/VLOOKUP/SUMIF statements etc)

• Willingness to learn on the role
• Ability to deliver accurate and timely output to tight deadlines in a busy working environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse/question data
• Experience of responsibility for the monitoring and actioning of email queries/requests on behalf of a team
• Able to quickly analyse and understand financial information
• Able to work on own initiative/unsupervised
