An Internal Account Manager is required by a leading distributor of Electronic Security solutions in the UK.
This long-established organisation has an excellent reputation and over 250 employees, now offering a fantastic opportunity for an office-based Account Manager to play a fundamental role in a specialist part of the business.
Job Role Summary:
With excellent communication skills, the Internal Account Manager will have a varied role with responsibilities including market research, account management, new business development, lead generation, working towards sales/budget targets, familiarisation with CRM system usage to book appointments/produce reports and providing excellent customer services. You will work to support the field sales team with prospects and follow ups, whilst also maintaining an already established portfolio of clients.
The position is office- based, therefore you will ideally be familiar with this environment, bringing a positive attitude to compliment the already profitable team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with customer experience/inside sales within a technology-based/product-based environment
