Candidates will ideally be degree qualified or qualified by experience and be able to demonstrate working at senior level in supply chain or logistics within the Agricultural, Chemical or a similar highly regulated environment.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be instrumental in the delivery of an effective and efficient procurement and planning team of up to 10 and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team who oversee the UK/Ireland.

You will be coordinating product movement between countries and ensure communications across multiple functions within the business including warehousing and sales teams.

The role requires you to have strong experience of forecasting, as well as delivering reports and projections to senior managers and directors on a regular basis. Demonstrate excellent skills and experience within supply chain planning, ensuring time scales are met, use of SAP systems and data management tools.

Basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience plus a 10% annual bonus and exceptional benefits


* Have working knowledge of data management tools, database, and integrated business planning tools

* Project management experience of delivering business outcomes in line with project goals

* Consultancy experience would be beneficial

* Demonstrate working to strict time scales


* Responsibility for the effective and efficient supply chain set-up within the UK and Ireland

* Ensure the correct forecasting processes and data capture

* Responsibility for delivering the highest customer service satisfaction to support the sales function

* You will ensure the supply chain delivery by coordinating product movements between countries within your responsibility

* Act the first point of contact for the integrated planning process, including the roll out and development of internal forecasting systems

* You will lead and develop the UK & Ireland supply chain and customer service team to deliver high performance which includes target setting, identifying development requirements and preparing robust succession plans
