This is a 12 month contract position for a Customer Service Manager to join a well established company based on the outskirts of Guildford.

Client Details

This company based near Guildford are a well established company who manufacture a wide range of products for this customers.


The Customer Service Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Ensure the team are achieving set KPI and SLA targets
Developing individuals through coaching and training
Ensuring that all orders, deliveries and collections are processed correctly
Handle any queries relating to delayed deliveries, missing items etc
Handling any escalated queries and complaints
Providing reports to managers


The successful candidate for the Customer Service Manager role will need to have the following skills and experience:

Have previous experience in a supervisory role
Have a strong understanding of the sales order process
Have strong communication skills
Have strong Excel and reporting skills

Job Offer

This is a Fixed term contract position for 12 months.

Due to the remote location of the office, candidates will need to be able to drive and have access to a car
