Our Client, a major Insurance Brokerage, is looking to recruit another Commercial Claims Handler to work in their busy department.
You would be involved in all stages of the Claims process from First Notification to Settlement.
As a Commercial Claims Handler, it will be your responsibility to provide exceptional Customer Service for your Clients.
Hybrid working options are available so you can split your time between working from home and in their office.
As a Commercial Claims Handler you will have:
Claims Handling experience - any discipline of Claims will be considered as full training will be provided Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Pro-active attitude to challenging workAs a Commercial Claims Handler your responsibilities will include:
Pro-actively handle Property Claims within a delegated authority Review and maintain accurate reserves Work collaboratively with the claims team Work effectively with external suppliers, Insurers and Loss Adjusters Manage workloads and diary effectively to comply with SLA targets Build and maintain lasting working relationships with clients Provide market leading customer service at all times Liaise with Insurers on non-delegated claims on behalf of clients
