As part of our Senior Management Team, you will have scope to influence the direction of the business by improving and developing the content and delivery style to learners from induction to our management development programme.
What we're looking for
You should already be a successful manager in a senior Training/L&D role, preferably with experience in a contact centre or high-volume training environment;
You have a thorough understanding of the financial services or motor insurance sector, especially working with FCA regulation and compliance requirements;
A track record of designing and delivering a wide range of programmes which not only improve operational achievement against performance metrics but enhance employee engagement too (after all, our people are the reason we are successful!)
Committed to continuous improvement; you're able to review and develop the L&D programmes, encouraging new approaches and influencing key stakeholders to adopt changes.
A resilient and inspirational personality, you can rise to challenges and motivate others to work towards shared goals;
Credible and socially confident in 1-2-1 situations or at group events, you're confident and articulate when presenting to an audience,
