This is an amazing opportunity to join the market leading business in the Graphic products such as sign systems, displays and equipment and vehicle wrapping.

Leading a team of 2 Buyers you will be responsible for the following:

* Developing others: Willingness to delegate responsibility & to work with others and coach them to develop their capabilities

* Result Management: Focusing on the desired end result of one's own or one's units work, focusing effort on the goals and meeting or exceeding them

* Change Management: Demonstrating support for innovation and for organisational changes needed to improve the organisations effectiveness; Supporting, iniating, sponsoring and implementing organisational change; helping others to successfully manage organisational change

* Team Leadership: Demonstrated skills and abilities needed to coordinate, facilitate and participate in a collaborative approach to the completion of tasks and assignments

* Impact and Influence: The ability to gain others support for ideas, projects and solution

* Customer Orientation: Demonstrated concern for satisfying ones external and/or internal customers

* Helping others to achieve optimal results: Demonstrated willingness and capabilities for bringing support to stakeholders in achieving results


* Purchase to pay procurement process

* Procurement controlling and reporting

* Supplier performance measurement techniques

* Knowledge of lean and other continuous improvement tools

* SAP knowledge - Desirable

* Proven track record in managing a small team
