Sue Ross Legal are working with a well known, regional firm of Solicitors who are looking to recruit a Medical Records Paginator for their Sheffield office.

This role will see you joining the Civil team and duties will include;

* Sorting, collating, indexing and paginating medical notes and records

* Sorting medical records into chronological order

* Updating bundles of documents as the case progresses

* Providing written advice to fee earners on issues relating to medical records

* Diarising key deadlines for reports

* Obtaining missing and outstanding documents

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of handling, sorting and paginating medical records. You may be a Paralegal, Secretary, Fee Earner or a Nurse/Medical Practitioner looking for a change of direction.

A keen eye for detail, ability to work to set deadlines and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
