As the Operations Manager you will be required to lead the operations team, reporting into the Managing Director, part of the Senior Leadership Team.

You will be line managing 4 members of staff within the operations team ensuring process and system and reporting related changes are successfully executed. You will oversea IT Development, General IT across the business, all technical work and data reporting.

The role is extremely varied and the ideal candidate will have experience in leading change or project management, acting as an intermediary, making sure that change is communicated and implemented across the business.

It is essential that you have project management or change management experience within the insurance sector to be considered for this role.

Key Duties:

· Lead, plan and deliver projects and change into the business

· Drive process and continuous improvement

· Engage with relevant stakeholders to implement change across the business

· Overall management of the operations team, ensuring process and system and reporting related changes are successfully executed

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Heads of Department and the Board and in particular the Sales Team

· Represent the operations team, providing updates on Operation team's progress and projects to the Board and Senior Leadership Team

· Work with compliance to ensure that operational processes are compliant and are risk free

· Support the System and IT Manager to embed high performance in the operations team

· Ensure that the IT plan is up to date, and our people have the tools available to carry out their role

· Prepare monthly Board reports with key updates from within the team

· Keep up to date of industry and regulatory changes so you can keep internal stakeholders appropriately informed and proactively plan

· Oversee the budget that applies to the operations team and work with the Senior Leadership Team and Managing Director on delivering the budget.

It is essential that you have recent relevant experience within the insurance sector.

Excellent benefits package on offer - £50k - 60k per annum + KPI Bonus
