Our client is an agency operating within the market research industry. They work across an array of interesting sectors and for many well known clients and brands.
They now require another Project Assistant is to assist the Fieldwork Managers with their projects. You will also manage suppliers, confirm appointments, attend meetings and work with venues. You will be communicating with clients and suppliers and working to deadlines.
In addition, you will also assist your Senior Field Work Manager in activities and projects that sit outside of the standard day-to-day projects including (but not exclusively):
· Marketing & Social Media planning
· Process delivery & refinement
· Training activities
· Staff event planning
Candidate skills required:
· Exceptional organisational skills and able to multitask
· A pro-active ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
· Resourcefulness to think 'outside the box'
· Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office software
· Confidence in using Social Media - Facebook and Twitter
· Good telephone and written skills
· Be adept in managing suppliers
Full training provided as part of your induction.
PACKAGE:
Salary: competitive, depending upon experience.
Holidays: 20 days, Christmas close-down and Bank Holidays
Medical: Healthcare Cash Plan
