Role - Building Performance Engineer

Salary - £21,500 per annum

Location - Bracknell, Berkshire

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Bracknell, Berkshire, who require a Building Performance Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the ability to take on challenges with confidence and enthusiasm, with the capability to conduct independently, testing building fabric and environmental conditions. You will have a flexible and pragmatic approach, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail, whilst meeting timelines.

What will you be doing as a Building Performance Engineer?

Managing buildings energy performance
Overseeing buildings humidity and temperature
Overseeing measurements of moisture content in building materials
Thermal imaging of building fabrics and electrical and mechanical installations
Handling performance of electrical and mechanical assets
Analysing ultrasonic thickness of pipework
Handling water sampling, testing and analysis
