Confident in attending regular face to face and virtual client meetings and fielding challenging questions relating to media and agency services. To be equally confident in communicating negative news. Capture and relay information and actions both externally and internally, clearly and promptly, in a professional, detailed and informed manner. Expanding and developing supplier relationships to broaden and benefit the wider team.
Manages time effectively and confident in pushing back on client requests where appropriate. Delivers an exemplarily standard of work within agency/client SLA's. Can identify, recommend and implement improvements and processes to enhance client relationships. Behaves professionally at all times with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
Confidently manages client budgets and creates deals for the benefit of the client and agency. Secures compensation when appropriate and is able to challenge and negotiate additional charges/ fees. Manages and assists in the development of more junior colleagues in areas such as negotiations. Competently manages second tier clients.

Supports junior Client Experience team members with queries and concerns, being approachable and open. And be a competent delegator. Demonstrates an interest in new business growth whenever possible, contributing to the agency's success and growth. Proactively looks for new solutions and ideas for clients. Challenges suppliers to go above and beyond on briefs and delivers consultative recommendations.
Strategic Excellence A comprehensive level of media knowledge (particularly at regional level). Has an interest and understanding in industry trends and how to apply them to media planning and buying. Correctly identifies the channel and tactics by objective and applies them effectively. Able to produce, comment on and interrogate media reporting, and liaise with media specialists on recommendations which is turn are confidently communicated with clients.
