Account Manager / BDM
Do you have an interest in IT and communications? Do you have a strong track record of securing and developing new business? Then we would love to talk to you.
My client is looking for an account manager to generate new sales leads and appointments as well as account management of existing clients.
Location: Near Stroud
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
*
Making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
*
Self-generating face to face appointments
*
Visiting customers to understand their needs and sell the full portfolio of products
*
Preparing quotations
*
Prospect management and reporting
*
Account management of new customers
*
Attending networking events
*
Meeting agreed targets
Key Skills:
*
IT skills including software like Microsoft Office packages
*
Experience of dealing with Business customers
*
A keen eye for detail
*
Excellent Team Player
*
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
*
Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Ability to source your own leads
*
Previous experience with face to face selling and account management
