A great opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and entrepreneurial marketer to join an ambitious and growing marketing agency as their Marketing Manager.

Within this role, you will develop, oversee and execute marketing campaigns across the company's brands. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the markets they operate in, particularly in the digital marketing sector.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, as Marketing Manager, you will be a member of the Senior Management Team, with influence over the company's long-term strategy.

Role and responsibilities:

· Play a key role in company strategy decisions, with a specific focus on developing a marketing strategy to support growth across our brands

· Create, execute and measure marketing campaigns to support own brands and external client projects

· Create and carry out other campaigns and projects which support the achievement of strategic goals, including employee branding and company culture

· Plan and oversee web design, SEO, email, social media and advertising campaigns

· Contribute to and update the websites and digital marketing material, working with internal and external teams

· Work with our marketing executive to design, build and manage their social media presence

· Manage brands, being guardian to ensure they are maintained and in line with guidelines

· Plan and oversee the design of marketing collateral and customer engagement materials

· Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals

Skills and experience required:

· Experience as a Marketing Manager or minimum 3 years' experience as a Marketing Executive in a B2B environment

· A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape

· Excellent knowledge and experience of email marketing, social media, paid media, landing pages and websites

· SEO and website analytics knowledge

· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

· A deep understanding of marketing performance metrics

· Ideally have Adobe CC experience

· Be highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience in market research, insight development and customer segmentation
