Position: Systems Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £70,000 to £95,000 + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance)

The Company: Our Client, an innovative dynamic passionate Company that manufactures minimal invasive next-generation robotic-assisted medical devices that are at the forefront of how surgical procedures are carried out. An award-winning company that plans to significantly disrupt the way surgery is performed for the benefit of millions of patients all around the world.

Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a Systems Engineering Manager to develop and maintain model-based system engineering tools and processes to enable the delivery of safe, reliable, and scalable robotics solutions.

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* Degree qualified in Engineering or Sciences, or be a Time Served Engineer with very relevant experience

* Demonstrated leadership experience and skills including presenting to senior management and working with peers to bring a team together

* Experience in building a model-based systems engineering architecture using a modelling tool (e.g. MagicDraw/Cameo, Enterprise Architect, Capella or System Composer)

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £70,000 to £95,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
