Account Manager (Design & Print)
Area:
West Yorkshire
Salary:
£25k - £30k (negotiable dependant on experience)
The Company:
Based in West Yorkshire, the Company is a fast paced and rapidly growing Design, Print and Multimedia organisation, delivering innovative solutions for a range of clients in the commercial, public and private sectors.
Looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to work within their Client Services Team.
The Role:
* The Company are looking to recruit an Account Manager to work within their team - based at their Head Office site
* Work closely with your nominated clients (and colleagues) to deliver a first-class service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirements
* Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes - and follow up enquiries
* Set up and issue detailed works instructions - and follow through all jobs to completion
* Work within SLA's to ensure the Business meets the contractual obligations to the Client
* Continually look to exceed Client expectations
* Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role as the Business and Clients develop
Requirements:
* You will ideally need to have client service experience within the print industry or an interest in the industry with a desire to learn
* You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this
* Strong client facing experience
* Strong working knowledge of the Design & Print processes
* Good problem solver
* IT literate and be able to learn new systems
* Excellent communicator
* Service Orientated
* You will be highly organised and precise, thorough, and methodical.
* Communicate well with the public in a professional manner
* Self-starter who can work independently
* Maths & English GSCE's
* Fluent in Excel, Outlook and Word
* Working Knowledge of the Design & Print industry
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
