Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Business Improvement Manager to work with our award winning client's Estate's & Facilities Directorate. This is initially a 3 month contract with potential to go up to 6 months and possibly even further.

This role is remote for now, but may require on site working at some stage due to the nature of the projects.

This role requires an experienced Project Manager to develop and enhance quality management systems, introducing new ways of working, policies, procedures, supporting staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include;
  • Leading the delivery of Business Improvement Projects with agreed timescale, budget and scope
  • Ensure agreement of technical and quality strategy
  • Responsible for simultaneously managing a number of different processes systems and data projects across the department
  • Deployment of robust and responsive risk management management to identify, assess, monitor and actively manage project risks

Skills/Experience's required;
  • Extensive knowledge of change projects including business improvement, process design, systems implementations and data projects
  • Extensive experience of the business improvement development lifecycle
  • Experience of managing large scale projects that involved complex planning
  • Extensive knowledge of across a range of information systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non technical
