Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
Location: Bracknell
Contract: Permanent position
Remote working: Hybrid role

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality to join our client's busy team in Bracknell. The successful candidate will have a real passion for customer service, excellent organisational skills and confidence speaking over the phone. Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers and suppliers over the phone
Managing relationships with key accounts
Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer queries
Administration tasks and checking accuracy on the database
Action paperwork relevant to each individual customerSkills and Experience:
Problem solving mentality
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience in a commercial environment
