Description:
A large Healthcare organisation is looking to appoint Reception Support for their Delta Project.
The post will be working in the East of England, on an hourly rate of £10.00 - £13.00 (dependant on experience). The role will be on a part time basis, working 2 days per week for 4 + months
The post holder will oversee all areas of reception work for the Delta Project, meeting and greeting patients, and carrying out a variety of related administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist with the MDU set-up, including a small amount of physical work;
Welcome arriving patients and book them in on a paper-based register;
Initiate conversation with patient waiting to be seen;
Collect water from the sports centre as required;
Answer the MDU phone;
Answer queries/handout leaflets to public who enquire (full training given to answer queries);
Enter data onto an electronic database (user friendly and simple to use - full training given);
Assist the nurse if required;
Assist with the MDU shutdown, including cleaning & small amount of physical work.
A successful candidate will have:
Experience working within a Healthcare environment;
Must have the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organisation;
Proven experience of managing own workload.
