Product Designer (Contractor)
Whilst the office is based in Exeter, Devon, this contractor role could work fully remotely

We are currently looking for a contractor to work with us for six months to support product design.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a product designer with UX experience in healthcare software to provide high-quality support and expertise to our leading organisation.

As a Product Designer, you'll help improve the usability and adoption of the product by developing and delivering exciting new User Experience and User Interface enhancements.
Engaging with stakeholders, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of the product and how to improve its sustained use, using gathered insights to shape your design approach.
Using your UX expertise, you'll create design concepts, mock-ups and prototypes to validate product changes before they're implemented and develop user journey maps to enable users to complete tasks efficiently.
Additionally, you will:
- Drive improved utilisation of value-add features
- Improve visual formatting and layouts making the product more desirable to more users
- Create high fidelity designs and support development team implementation
- Implement a build-measure-learn process to determine how and why users respond to prospective and actual product changes
As a Product Designer, you'll ideally have:
- UX experience in healthcare software
- Excellent communication skills
